If you want to export just a few articles from your Cachea reading list, you can do this quickly with tags. Tags work like labels, helping you group your chosen articles before exporting them. Here’s how to do it.
Start by going to your list of articles.
At the very top of your article pages, you’ll see the ‘Toggle mass action’ option.

You’ll see a small checkbox near each article. Click the checkboxes for every article you want to include in your export. From this multi-select menu, simply type a unique tag name such as export and confirm it. This will attach the tag you picked to every article you selected.
Next, click on “Tags” in the main menu. From the list, find and click your new tag, like export. Now, your view will show only the articles you set aside for export.
At the top of this tag page, you should see the “Export” button – look for the downwards-pointing arrow. Click on this and pick the export format you want. Cachea will package only your tagged articles into one downloadable file. Your browser should begin the download almost right away.
When you finish, you can simply delete the tag from those articles to keep things neat. By using tags, you choose exactly what gets exported, making it as easy as picking your favorite songs for a playlist.
If you ever get stuck, Cachea support is ready to help you get moving again.
